to design, manufacture and implement solutions
aimed at perfect functionality and reliability of the mould.

Latest-generation softwares allow us to develop your project with the best technology on the market.

CAD-CAM stations provide significant technological support for mould design and machine tool programming which, combined with the experience and skills of our technical staff, enable us to meet any customer requirement.

We can start with an idea, a drawing, a photo, a sample, a file or a more complex project and then achieve what the customer needs. We provide them with:

  1. a preliminary drawing

  2. 2. a design and manufacturing estimate

This is made possible by the following softwares:

  • Pro/Engineer
  • Solidworks
  • Rhino
  • Topsolid
  • Top cam
  • PC-draft

that allow us to import and export files in DXF, IGES, STL, PARASOLID, VDA formats.

Through C-Mould, Moldflow and Flow 3D cast softwares
we are able to perform flow analisys
for both die-casting and thermoplastic moulds
in order to assess the moulding ability of the part
with different thermoplastic materials;
we can also calculate the press parameters through Castle Key software.

In addition to CAD-CAM stations for design, our workshop is also equipped with state-of-the-art machinery necessary for the subsequent manufacturing, testing and customer care stages, as you can see from our machinery fleet.
